1. CHECK THE SIGNAL
*If your broadband does not have any signal, it's imposible for it to connect.
1. Find a place were signal of your Broadband is abundant.
2. You can also change the simcard of your Broadband, it could be one of the problem.
3. After doing the 1st and 2nd step above, and still it doesn't work. Try to uninstall the program and re-install it again.
4. If still it doesn't work again..better buy a new one (Broadband) ..its either the broadband is damage.^_^.
2: GOOD SIGNAL but CAN'T CONNECT
1. Configuration Smart Bro: If you already change your sim card, you need also to change your APN.
2. Follow the instructions below how to change APN:Go to: Tools > Options > Profile Management > Network> Config

New Smart Sim is already Activated

1. Check 2pesos load maintenance
2. Check Network Settings
3. Check Smart Sim if damage(try to use your CP)
4. Check Smart Sim if theres a SIGNAL
5. Can Connect but no Browse or ALL Red PINGER
6. Can`t Connect to Smart (Error)
How to Confirmed if your Sim is Block
1. Go to "Start"
2. "Run"
3. "CMD"
4. Type "ipconfig"
5. If your IP start at 10.156 or 155.xxx.xxx, 100% Block Sim
Smart Solution to Unblock Sim
Solution 1
1. Use your CP just text "GPRS ON" send to 333
2. Wait for the Activation "Your MMS/GPRS/3G service features have been activated"
3. Insert your Sim to your Broadband Kit then Connect
4. Go to start again then run CMD type "ipconfig"
5. Your IP must start at 10.238.xxx.xxx
Solution 2
1. Use your CP type "OFF" sent to 211
2. Wait for Smart text then Turn Off your CP
3. Type "SET (Phone Model) send to 211
If your Unit is lower just SET N95 or Any Latest Model send to 211
4. Wait Successfull Activation
5. Insert Smart Sim to your Broadband kit then Connect
No Solusyon Yet
If your SmartBro can`t text,buddy balance, and can`t connect?,
you need to replace new Smart Sim.

- Static
- APN: internet
- go to “Advance” and choose “CHAP”
- then Save.
- Click Set As Defult
- (need at lest 2 pesos bal.)
- (use smart buddy sim)
